2016 STAGE: WRITE: The Babble Box Theater. Plays, play readings, playwrights. Getting it together

The Babble Box Theater.
Plays, play readings, playwrights.
Getting it together
Writers in a virtual world?  Why?  Imagine that they write plays.  Imagine that they write video scripts. Imagine that they want to go over scripts with actors or other  writers.  Imagine that there are others in those virtual worlds who who sometimes produce plays and videos.  Writers will be able to imagine why writers and playwrights would go into a virtual world.

The Babble Box Theater is part of Babble Arts Center in Kitely.  The main mission at Babble Box is full production and staged readings of original plays by metaverse playwrights.  Our first production is set for the second weekend in October and features five talented actors.  The play is called *Mothers' Days,* a comedy by Stephanie Mesler.  -In order to better utilize the build, which was created by Don Smith, Babble Box also hosts a classic film series, which is up and running whenever there is no live performance or rehearsal in progress. .  The August film is *Of Human Bondage.*  In September, we'll be showing the BBC series, *The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy* to coincide with the opening of Saros Eclipse's new club based on *The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe.*
